Presently looking LUKOIL project as a lead engineer including 05 drilling rigs and 01 workover rig.

Responsible for supporting & Tracking performance for two dedicated rigs and their teams in Land Drilling Operations.
•Review of Daily Operations Performance including reviewing ROPs, hole response through mud logs, mud programs, Drill Bit Performance and recommendations, BHA, Cement calculations & Casing Liner running programs.
•Provide feedback to the Regional Headquarters Engineers on drilling optimization, time analysis review, best component time and technical limit
•Work in close coordination with Operations Team on daily basis on operations performance and plan implementation.
•Prepare EOWR & lesson learned after completion of each assigned well.
•Follow up on the operations with all assigned rigs on day to day basis and responsible for engineering support for on-going operations for assigned wells.
•Responsible for monitoring the Wellbore Quality during Drilling/ tripping/ casing running operations on DRILLEDGE Case based Reasoning software specially for preventing Stuck Pipe Incidents.
•Verify with product lines that all equipment, material and personnel are available and develop recovery plans when necessary.
•NPT statistics - NPT categorization, analysis and capturing the NPT & maintaining it in the NPT register of each well and make this available for the greater engineering team

Preparing and compiling comprehensive programs for Development, Exploratory, Wild cat and Work-over wells. (Including slanted & deviated wells)
•Designing and optimizing casings for Wild cat, Exploratory and Development (Directional / vertical) wells. Efficient exploitation of drilling software in planning casing seats for each well in coordination with geologists and practical experience.
•Maintaining continuous assessment of drilling equipments and methods used by company to evaluate the present systems and to recommend modifications and improvements for future.
•Supervising special jobs such as Liner/Casing Cementing, Fishing operations etc at wellsite.
•Preparing drilling material for future wells and making arrangements accordingly.
•Conducting post well evaluation analysis after each well on operational methods/proposals for improvement in drilling operations.
•Designing Bottom Hole Assembly by considering offset wells data bottom hole complications.
•Keeping track record of all materials through coordination with Materials & Purchasing department/store.
•Monitoring daily drilling progress and providing technical and engineering support to drilling operations.
•Reviewing and analyzing daily hydraulics report, and suggesting parameters to improve drilling efficiency.
•Reviewing the casing program by taking into account the existing bottom hole problems for future wells.
•Planning and arranging phase-wise drilling material at site and coordinating continuously with well personnel.
•Evaluating new drilling equipments to increase drilling efficiency.
•Studying the offset wells bit record and selecting the appropriate bits to get maximum drilling performance / optimization of bit & Hydraulics.
•Technical evaluation / selection of drilling rigs for different wells.
•Physical inspection of contractor drilling rigs at well site to check all equipment & accessories provided by contractor are accordance with contract prior to spud / commencement of well / work over respectively.
•Technical Evaluations of different surface / subsurface, drilling supporting equipment and services.
•Preparation of bid documents/contracts for different wellsite services.
•Preparation of Authorization for Expenditures (AFE's) for all joint venture wells were PPL is working as operator with proper justifications.
• Inspection of material at yard before sending to well site.
•Checking and verifying the invoices of service companies.
•Prepared PPL QMS manuals for Drilling Rig Selection, Casing Accessories, Casing Design, Stuck Pipe Guidelines, Wellhead Standards, Bit Selection Guidelines and Fishing Guidelines.

Integrated Operations in Iraq involved in cluster drilling operations in West Quran field with LUKOIL project and having 08 years' experience in drilling/well engineering.

•Assisted Company Man in all drilling activities at well site and provided technical assistance as per situation for more than 15 Drilling / workover wells.
•Supervised Drilling / Work over operations at Rig site.
•Inspected all the material received at site and issue inspection reports.
•Executed the drilling program at well site and monitor daily drilling operations & compare them with off-set wells for drilling optimization to save time & cost.
•Coordinated / supervised special operations such as Casing Cementation, Fishing and production testing.
•Making preparations for Casing & Cement Jobs, ensuring timely availability of all the casing / casing handling tools & Well Head accessories. Making all calculations pertaining to casing & cement jobs.
•Optimized the drilling parameters and carry out the drill off tests and execute accordingly to achieve maximum drilling progress.
•Kept record of working hours of BHA / Down Hole Drilling Tools and advice for Tubular inspection as per company recommended practice.
•Supervised the casing RIH operations and plan float equipments and centralizers program.
•Supervised the operations of cutting casings and installation of Wellhead and B.O.Ps and planning the pressure tests of wellhead and drilling spools P-seals, B.O.P stack, Choke manifold and carry out testing accordingly.
•Supervised the multiple RIH of casing liners and liner cement jobs in vertical and horizontal wells.
•Supervised coring jobs and maintaining all the Core barrels and handling tools.
•Assisted Completion Engineers with the design and running of tubing and down hole equipments.
•Assisted Production Engineers in numerous drill-stem-tests.
•Inspected / checked inventory of contactors rigs as per contract.
•Worked as an assistant driller at 02 no workover wells.
