 Successful deployment of the product and making sure that deployment life cycle is followed.

 Getting feedback from the end users and making decisions on the basis of that data received.

 Ensuring and verifying the implementation of requested changes suggested by the client.

 Identification of anomalies and trends in user behavior through collected data.

 Handling all the real time issues faced by the clients during their production hours and provide solution.

 Handling issues related to data base and Afiniti service running at client end, over the calls and emails.

 Performing Analytics on enormous unstructured data from different sources (Databases, Logfiles, etc.).

 Making decision on the basis of data and feedback gathered through different data sources.

 Developing logstash scripts for data ingestion, filtering and analysis through elasticsearch.

Projects:

 Deployment and Integration of ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) for monitoring the performance of globally located Agent of all the Major clients of Afiniti.

 Enterprise Level Database Migration from MSSQL to MySQL for all the Afiniti Deployments in the North America, South America, Europe, Africa and Asia regions.

 Implementation of Network and Server Redundancy (Geographical & High Availability) at Afiniti and Client Data Centers.

 Migration from Windows to Linux Operating System (Centos, RHEL, Ubuntu) on all the Afiniti Deployments across the 4 regions

 Ensuring the Product development life cycle throughout the development of the product.
 Monitoring the production of multiple clients on regular basis.
 Providing Level 2 Support to Client on call and through Emails.
 During monitoring in case and bug/major change in system observed then escalate to relevant team.  Investigation of production issues through portals and database both on MS SQL and My SQL.
 Engaging relevant Level 3 engineering teams in real time scenarios to fix the issue.
 Formulating Root Cause Analysis Reports of the issue occurred so that all stakeholders are aware.
 Conducting issue based meetings with clients and internal teams to avoid further issues
