Preparing Test reports and Progress reports.

• Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Evaluation for site activities.
• Installation, Testing & Commissioning of MV and LV equipment for Passage Post(PP), Traction Power Substation(TPS), Lighting Power Substation(LPS) and Depot Tractions System.
• Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 33KV MV Switchgears(GIS & AIS), Auxiliary Transformers, Traction Transformers, Harmonic and Energy Saving Optimizer (HESOP) 750 VDC convertor, Traction Protection Board(DC Switchgear), Secure Low Voltage Distribution board (SLVDB), Secure auxiliary Battery Charger (SABC), Marshalling Cabinet(MC), Control Command Cubicle(ACC), Stinger panel (STIP), Stabling panel (STAP), Depot Coupling Switch (DCS), Washing plant Isolating Switch (WPS), Test Track Switch(TTS), Remote Lockout System (RLS), Emergency Tripping System (ETS).
• Design implementation for installation, testing & commissioning of Fire Alarm Detection and Suppression System, HVAC and LV distribution system.
• Site survey and request necessary changes in design as per site condition.
• Submitting and follow up of submittals, NCR, IR.
• Permit issueing and access for site activites.
• Material Selection and calculation for the Site as per drawing requirements.
• Inspection with client.
• Coordinating other departments for conflicting work.
• Managing Manpower for the assigned site work as per approved drawings.
• Safety assurance through Site Observation Tour (SOT)and Tool Box Talk (TBT).
• Interfacing of fire alarm detection and suppression system.
• Pre-PAT and PAT Procedure.
• Preparation of As-Built for site.
• Preparing progress reports.
• Diagnosing Systems Failures, Breakdown Problems, and Plan Professional Solutions.
• Preparing, submitting and reviewing technical Submittal, Sample Inspection Request(SIR), Material Inspections requests (MIR), Work Inspection Request (WIR) or RFI, site change request (SCR), Inspection Test Plan (ITP) & Method Statement.
• Coordinating for SIR, MIR, WIR and SCR approval.
• Coordinating with installation / project engineers, supervised engineering and technical staff and developed cable schedules, reports, drawings and documentation.
• Coordination with civil, mechanical & other disciplines people on site for design implementation as per approved shop drawings and design changes.
• Performing SAT, FAT and PAT procedures.
• Preparation Red Line for as Built drawings.
• Preparing punch-lists, loop Checking reports. weekly & monthly progress reports.
• Plaining wok activities for all sites, managing materials, manpower, equimpent’s and solving all issue with contractor and consultant.
• Issuing work Permit
• Supervising teams for the completion of work efficiently to keep project on schedule.
• Installation, energizing and Testing as per Method statement and ITP.
• Implementation of Shop Drawing for lighting, power outlets, low current, earthing and MV system installation.
• Performing installation and pre commissioning 2x27.5KV MV (Sectional Post, Paralleling post, Feder Station) substations for 25KV AC overhead rail electrification.
• Installation and pre commissioning of 2x27.5KV MV switchgear(GIS), 33KV MV RMU, autotransformer, auxiliary transformer, control panels, auxiliary distribution board, rectifier, telecom panels, HVAC control panel, fire alarm system.
• Installation and T&C of gantries, disconnectorsand motor operating devices for Rails electrification.
• Installation & Pre commissioning of SCADA & DCS System ( ABB 800XA ) RTU’s, PLC, Switching, vServer & Telecom Panels.
• Job Assignment was to monitor and precautionary and corrective maintenance of instruments of cement plant.
• Troubleshooting of Electrical Fault, Maintenance of electrical Equipment’s, Inspection.
• Perform responsibilities of analyzing complex engineering problems and offer solutions for the same.
• Installation/commissioning of faulty electrical equipment’s, sensors and their interface with DCS system.
• Working with MDBs and other electrical switch boards.
• Ensure working condition and safety work.
• Testing of Cables.
