Construction Supervision and Monitoring of Priority Component of Dasu Hydropower Project i.e. Right Bank Access Roads i.e. RAR-01 & RAR-02
• Implemented Environmental and Social Management Plans for initial start period.
• Implemented Land Acquisition process for various components of the project.
• Got conducted Environmental & Social Impact Assessment in 3 months which was delayed by two years to avoid delay of the project by one year.
• The assessment made the possible initiation of project implementation well within time, thus saving almost 1 Billion Dollars as loss of one-year delay.
Different Projects included:
1. Diamer Basha Dam Project Offices, Islamabad (Folded Plate Structure)
2. Jinnah Hydropower Project, Mianwali
3. Rawal Rest House, Islamabad
4. Wapda Colony, Upper Mall, Lahore
• Completed Design of various structures and water supply schemes well within time, thus enabling the office to complete other projects in the pipeline.
Different projects including:
1. Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Chair & Auditorium (Sindh University), Jamshoro
2. Construction Machinery Training Center (NHA), Barsala, Muzafarbad
3. Mezzanine Floor Design of CAM/CAD Center (NIDA), Lahore
4. Ceramic Development and Training Center (CDTC), Gujranwala
5. Construction Machinery Training Center (NHA), Quetta
6. Mirpur University of Science & Technology, Mirpur
7. Model Town K-Block and E-Block Road Projects
