documentation, and cargo handling.

• Coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, ground handlers, and
international vendors to resolve delays and ensure compliance with
export/import regulations.

parts and tools, maintaining accurate stock records and minimizing stockouts.
• Supervising logistics and store teams, assigning workloads, conducting
performance reviews, and delivering training on safety and compliance.
• Negotiating supplier and carrier contracts, managing budgets, and tracking
logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery, freight cost per kg, and lead times.
• Leading process improvements—streamlining documentation workflows,
improving packing and labeling standards, and introducing tracking tools to
increase visibility and reduce transit errors.
• Ensuring safety, security, and regulatory compliance across cargo handling and
storage operations.

• Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor productivity.
• Manage packing, labeling, marking, loading, and unloading of cargo.
• Maintain proper documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure warehouse safety, security, hygiene, and compliance with company
procedures.
• Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, carriers, and operations teams.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization and improve workflow efficiency.
• Collect and analyze shipment, inventory, and transport data.
• Track logistics performance indicators such as delivery time, freight cost, and
service level.
• Identify delays, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities in cargo movement.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management decisions.
• Support route planning, carrier evaluation, and shipment optimization.

Analyze inventory levels, demand trends, and replenishment needs.

• Install complex avionics equipment like radios, GPS, antennas, and autopilots; run
cables, mount components, and perform soldering for navigation and
communication systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools; test
systems for functionality, calibrate instruments, and analyze flight data.
• Repair or replace faulty parts, wiring, and components; maintain records of all
work and coordinate with engineers, pilots, and maintenance teams.
