Initiate required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
Participates and provides expertise as a member of the customer service’s departmental team. The team's objectives are develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the customer service department as a whole.
• Support the HR Advisor with first line HR advice and employee relations administration including disciplinary and grievance invite and outcome letters and preparing investigation packs.
• Administration of all new starter, amendments and leaver documentation ensuring the full administra-tion process is followed and employees are issued with all relevant paperwork.
• References for new employees and ex-employees, CRB administration, management of the HR database, administration of holiday records, appraisals and sick certificates.
• Administration of Maternity, Paternity, Reward and Recognition, Immigration and Asylum and sup-porting our Recruiter with the Recruitment Administration.
• Produce periodic reports and carry out other Ad hoc administration requests by the HR Manager
• Receive complaints, as appropriate to the service, with tact and sensitivity over the telephone and in person log and refer to other officers where appropriate.
• Collect, co-ordinate, analyse and interpret performance / management information to meet all local, national and statutory information requirements and data returns for the service.
• Participate in team meetings and be involved in planning, coordination and implementation of the Ser-vice Centre planning processes.
• Assist in the delivery and completion of work projects, supporting different work streams, ensuring the successful completion of the project.
• Handling People Resourcing - both temporary and permanent recruitment and internal redeployment.
• Performance management and absence management.
• Advice on discipline & grievance casework
• Recruitment and Selection of potential candidates for required posts.
• Dealt with IT requirements for both management and service levels for big MNC’s across Pakistan
• Worked for Non-IT requirements especially for high and mid level management positions for MNC’s, Educational institutes, Hospitals and Hotels.
• Organize interviews and act as a mediator between the company and potential employees.
