Currently working as IT Software Project Manager in Doha Bank, Qatar. In Doha bank I am managing multiple software projects, multiple software vendors and applications. I am managing in-house software development teams in full software development cycle and making sure of smooth projects delivery as committed to top management. I have strong vendor management experience and also handling multiple vendors in the bank for multiple projects. I have gone through full SDLC, successfully achieved and managing bellow projects/applications in the bank.
Anti Money Laundering System and transactions screening system (Norkom, Fircosoft)

Multiple in house developed application in oracle database 11g, oracle developer 10g and fusion middle ware, oracle application server 10g and 11g, web logic and SAP BO/BI (business objects).
I am responsible for above applications team’s managements, project management, vendor management, business requirement gathering/communication and integration of above applications with multiple systems using different tools and techniques. I have detail technical and functional knowledge of above applications and general banking systems.
Has worked as Principal Application Developer/Development Team Lead in Kashf Foundation (Micro financing Firm). In Kashf Foundation I was preliminary responsible of management of Development team and project management. I was involved in project management of Kashf Branches Software known Loan & Saving Management System for Micro Financing Firms. That was Three Tier Application developed in Oracle developer 10g, oracle application server 10g and oracle database 10g. My responsibilities included Project management, business process analysis, development, and deployment and Data conversion/migration from old to new version. I was responsible of maintenance and management of Application Server 10g. I was involved in Oracle Financial ERP Module (R12) of head office. I was also responsible of new development and maintenance of HRMIS & Payroll system of Kashf Foundation.
