Activation activities Target Achievement and Sales Development activities in Faisalabad region
and adjoining 54 towns like (Faisalabad, Sargodha, Mianwali, Khushab, Jhang, Toba Tak sing,
Peer mahal, Leyyah, Fateh Pur, Chowk Azam, Abdul hakim, Sahiwal Chichawatni, Arifwala,
Patoki, Pakpattan, Chunnia, Okara, Hujra Muqeem Shah, Renala Khurd, Jaranwala, Shahkot,
Sangla Hill, Khurianwala etc.). My key responsibilities include monitoring of primary and
secondary targets of consumer contacts while also keeping a check on sales increment of my
region. Moreover, management of Bill Board, Arena’s, Dhaba Activities, Road Activities, Field
Staff Development etc. And all other kinds of BTL activities also come into my domain.
KEY ROLES:
* Execution of the outdoor plans as per the requirements of campaigns from the Brand Team.
* Compile information for development of cost/ option and selection of appropriate service
providers.
* Coordination with different vendors to execute outdoor site plans as per pre-decided time
frame.
* Audit and maintain all existing outdoor sites.
* Planning and execution of different Marketing Events.
* Ensure that correct POP (point of Purchase) data fed in the system through random
authentication checks in the markets with help from Sales team.
* Support regions for execution of regional plan in alignment with HQ guidelines and policies.
* Permanent on store/in store branding and merchandising like shop
fascia/Canopies/availability signs/ window graphics/counter branding etc - creating touch
point for the brand
* Out of home visibility through wall branding and identification/development of low cost and
quality branding opportunities

* Temporary merchandising material Quantity assessment and subsequent requisition from
HQ.
* Planning and distribution of POSM to Sales Team
* Effective utilization of POSM by Merchandisers through coordination with Sales Team.
* Training and Development of Merchandisers to ensure high degree of Visibility.
* Develop KPI’s setting and monitoring mechanism for the merchandisers in consultation
with Sales Team
* Ensure quality and timely execution of all trade marketing activities of the vendors.
* Maintenance of merchandising data base of all the permanent merchandising material and
Giveaways.
* Audit of the Giveaways and POSM lying in sales office.
* Develop a mechanism of check and balance for the distribution of Giveaways to end users
and retailers
