Perform quality control inspections on electrical installations, equipment, and systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Prepare ITP, monthly QC report, inspection checklist, material submittals and method statement.
Conduct regular audits of electrical work processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality procedures and best practices.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement quality control plans and procedures specific to electrical works.
Review electrical design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Conduct pre-inspection meetings with contractors and other stakeholders to communicate quality control requirements and expectations.
Monitor the installation and testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
Perform inspections and tests on electrical equipment, materials, and components to verify their compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
Document and report non-conformities, deviations, and deficiencies in electrical installations and equipment and recommend corrective actions.
Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards.
Identify the risk and non-conformities and take corrective action.
Consult to client, consultant and contractor to resolve the quality issue.
Improve the quality stranded of project according to ISO 9001-2015 QMS, nation and international code/standards.
Arrangement for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection request and site instruction, permanent materials delivered and other important QA/QC documents.
Review the project specification, plans, documents are compliance with quality policy of company.
Reviewing and reading control, power, and construction drawings for system implementation and planning work activities to prepare status report and recommend future actions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to electrical quality control.
Coordinating with consultants and QC engineers for regular site inspections.
To analyze the working of different machines in the factory.
Study the electrical system of Al-Khalid and Al-Zarrar tanks and gun moving mechanism.
Study the electrical distribution system and lighting system of the ARDIC department.
To collect technical information about the Electrical system of the tank.
Managing and preparing reports about different departments of the industry.
Knowledge about Calculating, Designing, and installing solar system.
Knowledge about Multilayer PCB Designing, Manufacturing, Masking, and Electroplating.
✓ To analyze the working of different machines in the factory.
To collect technical information about the Electrical Generation, Transmission, Distribution, and Utilization and make reports for the system.
Visit the Electrical powerhouse in the factory and study the generation process of electricity.
Study Telecommunication system.
Managing and preparing reports about different departments of the industry.
Study SCADA System in the powerhouse of POF.
