Union Rebar Factory (URF) operates one of the latest and most advanced Steel Bar Cut & Bend facility in the UAE. Strategically located at the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi (ICAD), Union Rebar covers a total area of 25, 000 sq.meters, including a large stockyard. URF is a subsidiary of Ittihad International Investment LLC, a prominent private holding conglomerate engaged in activities spanning a wide spectrum of sectors that include Manufacturing, Contracting, and Trading & Services.
Position: Store and Logistics officer
Job Profile
• Planning for Execute Customers Sales orders & Depot orders.
• Planning for transportation, arranging Transport Quotations for cost reduction, Service levels, handling 20 trailers /small trucks and pickups
• Planning and Raising sales orders of Domestic and International customers, & Depots using Excise rules Sales Tax, Excise Duty, C.S.T. Exchange Rates, etc.
• Invoicing of all orders and sending Dispatch details to all Customers. Liaison with transporters for delivery of material to Customers & depot.
• Handling Dispatch Operations.
• Handling ERP SAGE ACCPC & responsible for all entries.
• Responsible in factory for maintaining quality system to integrate all the functions and operations with highest quality of service to meet national/international standard.
• Responsible for making work schedule for workers.
• Responsible for customer communication for materials and timely delivery.
• Responsible for quality checking of finish products as well as making inspection report and send to quality department of (Straight Bars)
• Responsible for material in yard that are well maintained or not.
• Maintaining safety stock level in the stores/warehouse.
• Submission of daily stock position and progress report to the management.
• Arranging required Inventory (materials stock) how much required to Our project.

Job Profile
Manage the warehouse and transport function. Warehouse operations, safety and operational standards and ensure customer satisfaction and transport efficiency along with dealing with all aspects of managing team.
Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork with in the workforce.
Supervision of daily operations of the entire warehouse.
Manage inventory accuracy by periodic perpetual counting and product loss control
Maintain bins, racks, computers and peripherals, warehouse infrastructure, forklifts, vehicle and all other equipment in excellent condition
Control lease and fleet dep't and ensure smooth operations
Organizing drivers duties including collection/deliveries, staff transportation
Coordinate and control utilization and manpower
Interaction with customers, procurement team, claims team, audit team, HR, logistics providers, facilities and equipment teams .staff, evaluate and develop team members.
Dispatches company truck for deliveries to various freight forwarders shipping lines customers. Supervision of daily operations of the entire warehouse, which include the loadings and unloading of containers.
