• MV/LV - MOTORS, Solo run test, WR / IR testing, bearing replacement, greasing,

Close Coordination with vendor/supplier regarding electrical equipment spares and services,
Performing safe Operation and maintenance, Corrective & Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting command on power and control circuits till performance test and hand over to client with satisfactory plant startup,
Closeout punch list and technical issues before performance test.
Installation, modification, tie in, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning experience on the following equipments.
• MV & LV switchgear (150 Feeders & MCC) Make: Schneider Electric,
• LV switchgear of ABB Egypt and HVAC system Make: Denim Bush, Captive air.
• Induction motors and Local control stations
• AC UPS (80KVA & 30KVA), DC UPS (32KW) Make: GUTOR and DC UPS 5.5KW, 30KW by GUTOR Electric Ltd
• Variable Frequency Drives of Schneider Electric, model Altivar 71, low voltage motors up to 300 HP.
• Transformers 4.5 MVA each Make: ABB, 1500MVA, 2000KVA, 750KVA and Isolation dry type transformers. Make: Schneider Electric
• (NGR) Neutral Ground resistance by TECSYSTEM & H.T.ELEMA,
• Load Bank 2.6MW Make: Avitron,
