Periodic review and implementation of Health & Safety Policy.
Prepare Action Plans, Tracking Data Base and Closure Reports for all Inspections and Audits.
Working effectively towards achieving the set target of 0 LTI & 0 LTA on Rig Site.
Dealing effectively with all related Government departments and Petroleum Ministry Officials
Dealing with Environment bodies and NGOs.
Managing all Drilling, Construction, Catering, and Transport Contractors and Suppliers.
Conducting HSE Inspections, Audits, Sampling, surveys, and safety tours.
Submit HSE daily, weekly proactive, monthly reports, and Monthly KPIs to client Company i-e Petrochina.
Regularly revise HSE Plan, Management Objectives, and Emergency Response Plans.
Carry out yearly Summary Analysis and maintain a logical record for all HSSE activities.
Attract effective Management Commitment and Involvement through HSE Committee meetings
Conduct and review Risk Assessment and Hazards Identification.
Hazard Identification & Conducted H2S, Blow Out, Fire, First Aid and evacuation drills.
Investigations and analysis of all incidents & accidents and implement recommendations.
Monitor daily work practices of all departments and contractors to ensure compliance of HSE Policies and Procedures.
Coordinate, organize and impart safety training based on Training Need Analysis and Gap Analysis.
Carry out JSA/JHA for non-routine tasks and hazardous tasks involving trade specialists
Improvement & Implementation of Safe System of Work i-e PTW, LOTO and Isolation Permits, etc.
Supervise all the lifting operation during the rig move.
Conducting HSE Inspections, Audits, Sampling, surveys, and safety tours.
Submit HSE daily, weekly proactive, monthly reports, and Monthly KPIs to client Company i-e Lukoil.

Deliver presentations on behalf of the Client during special training sessions.

Prepared protocols i-e SIMOPS, Induction Training, Drill Feed Back, and PTW.
Conducted H2S, Blow Out, Fire, First Aid, and evacuation drills.
