Offer customers a product or service that best-satisfies their needs in terms of technical specification, quality, price and delivery, from range of products.
To Provide pre-sales technical expertise and product education to new and existing customers
Water demand/load calculations of pumps for domestic use.
Friction Head loss in distribution pipe line.
Read and Understand Project specification.
Make compliance statements.
Propose Pumps according to specifications as per duties specified.
To make accurate competitive Estimation.
Pricing.
Sales quotations.
Follow up quotations in a timely manner to secure profitable orders. Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and business needs
Solve customer problems in terms of technical solutions and design of custom-made products
o Provides information to the coworkers and guiding them during the commissioning, preparation of
planned new spare parts manufacturing and ensuring proper implementation of the relevant spare
parts.
o Supervises the installation of new/running part and arranges for the cutting, welding and
assembling of it.
o Coordinates and supervises paint process along with the quality checks of all the parts as per
required standards.
o Ensures adequate availability of spare parts, materials, tools and equipment. Includes reviewing
needs, ordering spares, preparing workshop orders, initiating purchase requests for manager’s
approval.
o Compiles and submits technical work and breakdown reports as and when required.
o Participates in the diagnosis and repair of major faults and breakdowns
