Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS)
Enter purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases
Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed
Track shipments and address any delays
Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items
Evaluate suppliers’ offers and negotiate profitable deals

• Managing Retail universe of 650 outlets to ensure appropriate distribution of all SKUs
• Managing recharge of Rs. 35 million per month
• Managing monthly Prepaid, Postpaid & MNP sales target of the region
• Managing MSFRDE (Managing Supervising Franchise Retailer & Distribution efficiency) Project.
• Monitoring of daily, weekly and monthly business reports of operations team
• To handle franchise Commission issues & queries
• To handle Retailer & distribution queries & issues
• To handle Jazz Load (electronic Airtime) project
• Inductions of new retail reports & monitoring the retail performance across the region
• Team development and training of operations team & franchise members for succession planning
• To educate the team members & franchises about the new SOP or processes
• Keep follow up with all operation team members for provision of timely data or reports to all concerned
• Coordination with other departments (CS, legal, GR, technical, ES, finance, SS, distribution) for their day to day reports or issues
• Support, compliance and follow-up for all ongoing retailer and consumer promotions
