RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
• Responding to breakdowns.
• Diagnosing faults through PLC & DCS based control systems.
• Repairing equipment.
• Supervising engineering and technical staff
• Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
• Continuously aware of the health and safety as well as technical needs of team and the general public.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Worked on Bruckner’s Bo PET & Colines CPP Extrusion Film Line.
• Trouble shooting of faults through PLC & SCADA based control systems.
• To maintain & observe the abnormality of motors (up to 600 KW).
• To maintain & troubleshoot electrical panels, actuators, sensors, different types of instruments and valves & also perform the calibration of digital load cells, etc.
• Responsible in checking all the Fire Fighting system particularly in the electrical matter.
• Reading & understanding of electrical diagram for fault diagnosing.
• Continuously aware of the health and safety needs of team.
• Maintaining the ISO standards and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Worked on IOT & M2M communication.
• Worked on hardware and PCB designing using Proteus & PSpice.
• Worked on Esp8266-v12e, Marvell, TI CC3200, Arduino, PIC-16f877a using C/C++ and LUA language.
• Interfaced different types of sensors, actuators, using Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Ethernet Technology for Environment, ATM- Machine Control for Banking Sector.
• Working with different protocols like TCP/UDP, MQQT, HTTP, etc.
