During work in Clorox, I am responsible for all maintenance activities of whole plant including support facilities, utilities, building & all machines like Air Compressors, Air Dryers, Chillers, AHU, Blow Molding Machines, Packing Line, Warehouse, Drain System, Fire Alarm System, Fire Fighting System, Camera System & Telephone Lines. Providing technical leadership to maintenance team. Co-ordinating with subcontractors for ongoing projects. Providing assistance in upgradation & development to other departments. Supervision the performance of maintenance team to ensure all works according to required engineering standards & quality. Taking care of record for all daily, weekly & monthly maintenance activities. Team leader of world class organization (WCO) for maintenance, prepared lubrication procedure & preventive maintenance schedule for all machines. Build successful interaction between production, packing line & warehouse teams in equipment repair & maintenance.

Installation of tank level system on all chlorinators & storage tanks

I was working on this EPC Project as a Project Engineer. On this project, I am responsible for different tasks including Site Activities & Commercial. General responsible for monitoring of Installation, Checking & Inspection of all Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrument works with coordination of Site Engineering Team including QC & HSE department. Coordinate with Client & Subcontractors representative’s for any Site Instruction & Inspection. Contribute to preparation of Daily and Weekly site progress reports with Engineering Team & Planning Engineer. To ensure all Method Statements (MOS) & Procedures, Installation Materials & ITP’s related to all Site Works comply with Project Specification, International Standards & Client Requirements.

Our Sub-contractor for Civil Works is MRB, for Mechanical is WapTech, for Engineering is Radicon, for PLC is Intech & for Electrical-Instrument (E&I) works is LLC.
This project was about to provide required Materials, Installation, Inspection, Testing, Commissioning and to put in service new cables (Power, Control & Instruments) for GT Unit 3 & 4 at Tihama PP & GT Unit 4 at Asser PP, in Mark V (five) Turbine & Generator Control System from All Turbine Devices & Auxiliaries to Control System. From Control System Cabinet to Excitation System, Generator Control, Monitoring, Metering & Protection Panel. From CTs and VTs to Control, Monitoring, Metering & Protection Panel / Systems. From Motor to Motor Control Center (MCC) Panel, From MCC to Control System Cabinet, GT Unit Fire Protection CO2 System, GT Unit Lighting System, Starting Motor Protection, Control & Monitoring System, DC Battery & Unit Power Supply (UPS) System, Protection Coordination for Generator Step Up Transformer \[GSU\] & Generator Circuit Breaker, All Junction Boxes, Conduits, Connectors, & Terminations for all GT Unit ON base & OFF base Systems, All interconnecting Cables, Wiring, and Ground Buses, as required for connecting between the various physically separated items.
Commissioning performed by SAECO as Kafou sub-contractor.
This project was about Inspection, Repair & Maintenance of Air Handling Units-GTG No’s. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. My major responsibilities for Inspection of Control & Power Circuits, Checking for correct Voltages, Current & Frequency as per requirement, Inspection of Electrical Wirings for Control and Power. Replacement of Circuit Breakers, Magnetic Contactors, Overload Relays, Push Buttons, Selector Switches, Indication Lamps, Faulty Wires, Terminal Blocks & Fuses. Replacement of Bearings, Drive Belts & Filters. Testing & Commissioning of all Motors after completion of all work.
This project was about to Install a power house in Paper Factory of 51MW with 3STG’s & every STG have a capacity of 17MW. My responsibilities was to Supervision of all Electrical & Mechanical works including, Installation of Cable Tray of Different Sizes, Installation of Distribution Transformers & Motors, Installation of MV, LV, Control & DCS panels, Installation of Bus Duct for all Transformers, Cable Laying of Different Size of Cables (MV, LV, Instrument & Control), Glanding & Termination of all Cables, Grounding of all Electrical & Mechanical Equipment’s, Testing & Commissioning of all Electrical Equipment’s.
This project was about testing of different Electrical Equipment’s. I have done testing for following equipment’s:
C.Ts Tests: Insulation Resistance, Saturation Current & Ratio Test
V.Ts Tests: Insulation Resistance, Winding Resistance & Ratio Test
MV Vacuum CBs: Contact Resistance, Insulation Resistance, Die-Electric Withstand Test, Vacuum Bottle Integrity Test & Vacuum Bottle Timing Test
Air CBs: Insulation Resistance, Contact Resistance & Overload Tripping Test
Motor Managers(MM6): Earth fault Trip, Phase Imbalance Trip, Overload Trip
This project was a Combine Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) with 6 lines. Every line was consist of 3 GTs & 1 STG. Following works are performed under my supervision. Electrical Piping for Fire Alarm Circuits & Grounding, Installation of Equipment with Termination & Testing for Fire Alarm Circuits, Termination of Control & Instrument Panels, Field Installation & Termination of Instruments, Testing & Commissioning for Fire Alarm Circuits.
I was working in Maintenance Department of Electrical in Pre-heater Area as a Shift Incharge as well as Senior Officer (SO). I have performed following works during Operation & Shutdown.
Maintenance of 3.8 MW Furnace Oil Engine(Mitsubishi)
Participate in installation of 132KV Grid Station with Siemens
Laying of 11KV overhead distribution lines from grid station to different areas of plant
Maintenance of different kind of Motors, Power & Control panels, M.V. & L.V. Switch Gears
Connections of Induction Motors, Transformers, Alternators, Switch Gears & Overhead distribution lines
Replacing of carbon brushes & maintenance Rheostat of Slip ring Motors
Manual & Automatic control of motors & transformers during running condition of plant
Protection of electrical system during process
Trace & Remove of fault as soon as possible if comes during process on the system
Protection of electrical equipment’s like as motors & transformers from any external mechanical forces & becomes by any change in weather
Availability of lighting on the plant at required area
Checking of motors & maintenance of different kinds of motors during shut down of plant
Regularly note the load & voltage of electrical equipment’s
Handle the complaint comes in my working area, such as connections of welding plant & producing of new light etc.
