Efu Life is the largest insurance company in Pakistan having the market share of 60%.
• My role was to recruit the sales consultants.
• Managing the team of sales consultants.
• Provide them training and motivational sessions.
• Relationship management with the clients.
• Acquiring business for the company.
• Meeting with the potential clients.
• Prospecting and fact finding
• I was working in the International Marketing department of PSEB and reporting to the manager.
• Coordination with PSEB registered software companies for the promotion of their business.
• Distribution of newsletters of the upcoming IT events to the PSEB registered companies for soliciting their applications.
• Scrutiny and shortlisting of the applications.
• Provide subsidy to PSEB registered software companies to exhibit at local and international fairs.
• Coordination with local and international event organizers.
• Making all the required arrangements on behalf of the participating companies like purchases of space, inventory, brochures and translator (in case medium of communication is not English) and all the necessary items required for the said purpose.
• Recording of minutes.
• Preparation of tour report after the completion of event.
• Formal documentation, record maintenance and file management.
Al khidmat foundation is a not-for-profit organization having its branches worldwide. My role was to manage the different projects. I had worked in the following projects:
• IDP’s Rehabilitation Program
• Flood Relief Program
• Clean Water Safe Life Program
• Earthquake Rehabilitation Program
• I have learned key management skills.
• This experience helped me find out possible solutions of management problems faced by organization.
• Furthermore I have learnt handling of key operations in bank.
I have done Masters in Business Administration (MBA). It is 1.5 years program covering all the essential courses of business administration. It is equivalent to MS.
It is four years hon's degree in Business Administration. I had studied all the essential courses of Business Administration and my major was Marketing.
