Manage the buying process for a given set of goods in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.

Attend emergency breakdowns, dealing with unplanned problems and perform the necessary actions to make process running.
Communicating with plant sections operators to check quality reports and guiding them to maintain quality and smooth operation.
Performing and participating in internal quality and food safety audits as per planned schedule and taking corrective measures against any non-conformity present.
