Health, Safety and Environment (H.S.E) & Compliance
•Conducting Internal Audits of Integrated Management System (QMS, EMS & OHSAS 18001)
•Understand & Comply with Company's Quality, Environmental and Health & Occupational Safety Standards (Policies & Procedures).
•Implementing Integrated Management System (I.M.S) policies and evaluating arrangements.
•Outside inspection of Cranes, Lifters, Over Hoist and machineries as per recommendation of OHSAS 18001
•External Audits of EFU of Organisation and implementing recommendation of EFU policies.
•Environmental Testing of Gaseous Emission Equipment (Fork Lifters, Suzuki and Generators) and Waste water testing & Solid Waste Disposition according to Environment Protection Agency (EPA) requirements.
•Perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) of non-routine activities.
Refrigerator Assembly Line
•Achieve Monthly Target of production.
•Using QC seven tools, reduce waste and rejection by keeping view maintaining Quality Standards.
•Improvement in process to eliminate Non-Value Activities.
•Implementation of DIFOT and batch closing report.
•Ensures that appropriate personal protective equipment (PPEs) are used, where applicable.
•Responsible to Fully Comply with System Requirements and Always Avoid any Non-conformity.
•Perform On-the-Job Training during One Year Trainee Period in All Sections of Moulding Department.
•Reduce WIP Block inventory by reducing batch closed materials on floor.
•Responsible to Fully Comply with System Requirements and Always Avoid any Non-conformity.
Achieve Monthly Target of production.
•Contribute towards making the plant a safe place to work for everyone by eliminating potential hazards & by reporting incidents / accidents, near-misses and unsafe acts & situations to the concerned

•Advance planning to manufacture, stock and supply Plastic finished goods to keep production online.
