Marketing

Brief the dealers to sell the seed at the right place and at the right time to deliver optimum utility.
Procurement
To select progressive growers for seed multiplication. Provide them with basic seeds. Execute an agreement with growers for seed production and sale to Punjab Seed Corporation. To provide advisory services to growers. Crop inspection at regular intervals. To arrange material for seed procurement. To ensure timely payments to the growers.
Managing the "Direct to Store" service for basic garments of Alfani brand of Macy’s Inc. USA. Forecast the needs of Macy’s stores, 6 months ahead, based on previous sales trends and future expectations of the client. Getting timely production from the supplier and storing it in the warehouse. To initiate a weekly shipment order from Pakistan to USA, at SKU level. Keep an eye on Macy's weekly sales/stock reports to track changes in demand and prepare weekly shipment orders accordingly. To liaise with 3PL in the USA for proper storage of products. To translate the order received through the EDI system into human-readable form and convey to the 3PL in the USA for order handling. Prepare and send weekly supply reports detailing WIP, inventory in Pak, inventory in transit, inventory in the US warehouse, and the orders processed in that week. To analyze Macy’s weekly and monthly reports and prepare presentations to solicit SKU inventory level changes.
