• Preparation of financial statements on monthly basis
• Costing of new orders (contracts) on a regular basis
• Cash Flow Management including vendor management
• Pricing of new contracts based on pre-defined budgetary goals
• Advising General Manager on various cost cutting opportunities
• Training of Purchase and Store staff
• Dealing with banks, negotiation of banking facilities
Preparation of company’s Financial Statements (P&L and Balance Sheet, Fixed Assets Schedule)
as per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Management Reports, booking of
accruals and period closing.
• Respond the inquiries from the chief executive officer, Managing Director and other finance and
firm wise manager.
• Managing accounts team including design and implementation of internal controls.
• Preparation and presentation of management reports and analysis for decision making.
• Preparation, continuous monitoring and revision of budgets and presenting the results to the
management with critical variance analysis.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, polices and principle.
• Provide recommendations on different matters like credit policy and working capital levels.
• Preparation of annual business plans, Budgeting forecasting, revenue, pricing, projected
financial statements.
• Reviewing and checking of Export Documents
• Bank Negotiations, account openings and balance maintenance.
• Insuring the company’s fixed assets for short and long term period and ensuring claims on time
• Dealing with External Auditors by answering their queries and providing all reports and
documentation till the completion of audit
• Assisting in the Preparation of individual company financial statements(P&L and Balance Sheet) as per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and management reports, booking of accruals and period closing
• Managing Accounts Receivable by ensuring receipt on time by review and analysis of aging report and investment analysis.
• Managing the Accounts Payable by ensuring suppliers’ payment on time, regular review of aging report and timely monthly closing of accounts payable
• Managing the imports and LC Costing
• Managing the advances to Shipping Companies.
• Managing the bill discounting.
• Checking of vouchers and bank reconciliation statements.
• Managing the Fixed Assets of the company including Fixed assets register maintenance, addition / deletion of assets, preparing depreciation schedule
• Monitoring cash flow through cash flow statement to track fund position at any given time

• Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders.

• Visit the site on monthly basis for stock taking.
