- Operations Management and Manufacturing Excellence at 400tpd Polyester Plant
- Quality Control and Liaison with commercial/sales teams for Production planning
- Supply Chain management (PR/PO development and Production planning with execution)
- HSE&S Coordination
- Emergency Controller
- Incident Manager
- Permit to Work system Compliance
- CAPEX and OPEX management
- Operations and HSE&S KPIs monitoring and evaluation
- SAP and Data Accusation Systems (DAS) monitoring, analyses and evaluation
- Team building and development through training and engagement
- Manpower management
- Providing support to Plant Manager in day-to-day tasks
- Acting as reliever of other Shift Managers
- ROP, EOQ calculations
- VMI Project
- Study on MPS and Production Planning as per demand/forecast and availability of Ice cream factory production lines
Plant Design (Final Year Project): Production of 10tph Biofuel production from Pyrolysis of Softwood and Biomass.
