Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative
tasks and all sites involved in the project.
* Participation in R&D Team Meetings.
* File all project documents (hard and soft copies).
* Transferring data from customer schedules and creating in-house work schedules.
* To enter job data into Freight Management System (Control) & send pre-alert to
destination office through the system; attach send documents in the e-mail and
courier the originals
* Dealing with all customer requests, requirements, complaints etc.
* Arranging Crane & different types Trailers as per the material dimension & weight.
* Planning and scheduling the delivery of goods and cargoes, in mean time
coordination with Transporter for smooth flow.
* Identifying & delivering operational cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives.
* Making sure that project deadlines are met.
* Handling DEL for customer’s, looking after exemption and identifying duty exempted
materials based on H.S. Code.
* Responsible for the production department’s transport, logistics, supply and re-
supply, goods-in and out, export, documentation, production schedules and customer
support.
* Handling several clients such as (KSA DUTAGE DRILLING, WEATHERFORD, SIEMENS &
SATROP.
