Support to system engineers during pre-com and commissioning

Installation, Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting
key responsibilities
Installation, cable Laying & termination of LV panels, Motors, DC & AC
drives, Switchgears, DBs, PLC Control/Power wirings
Technical training on Motors, VFDs, Switchgears, Drawings & HSE
Supervising of overhauling & maintenance of electrical motors & Panels
Supervising & Monitoring (MCC) Motor control center
Technical Drawing review & Update
Shutdown planning and execution of Electrical work
Daily reporting to Assistant electrical Manager
Supervising electrical workshop
Operating ERP system
Material arrangements & approval
Making ensure Electrical Supply to all electrical equipments
Planning, work execution and manpower allocation schedule preparation
Daily planning and progress meetings with site Engineers
Weekly progress meetings with client
Daily summary report submission to client including progress & other required
resources on sites to execute work
Supervision of site installation of electrical, instrument and telecom systems
Training and Guidance to site Engineers
Preparation, update and record keeping of all QA/QC documents
Procurement of material and arranging with site teams
Raising RFI & site inspections with client
Updating of progress measurement system and monthly submission to client to claim
invoices
Preparation and submission to Project Manager of monthly time sheets of site teams
including Engineers, Supervisors & Technicians
Shop & review of Engineering Drawings, preparing RLMU and As Built
Site coordination with Project Engineer & Manager regarding all activities
Preparation of mechanical completion: a package of documentation of Electrical,
