Job Description
•Worked in fixed assets and procurement unit in general sales
Division and insurance department.
FIXED ASSETS.
•Keeping the fixed assets records, calculating deprication and recording of assets in general ledger and transformation to financial statements.
•Updating the fixed assets records and allocating of assets to dead stock.
•Physical verification of fixed assets and comparing it to different source documents and recording of assets as per IAS 16 and reviewing of assets for impairment as per IAS 36.
•Preparing the budget for fixed assets as per the last year demand with a fixed increment and reviewing the policies are adhere for fixed assets.
PROCUREMENT
•Identifying the different suppliers and selecting the supplier as per organization policies.
•Involving in bidding process.
•Involving in budget and fund management.
•Cost benefit analysis for selecting of different suppliers.
INSURANCE DEPARTMENT
•Worked on reconciliation of different accounts
JOB DESCRIPTION
•Worked as audit trainee on different assignments in audit firm and on different audit clients, where i have to work as an audit team member.
