Review and approve Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), ensuring all

operations team to avoid re-occurrences.

Liaison with governmental and non-governmental agencies to ensure compliance and reporting.
Preparation of company compliance reports on Quality.
Designing and conducting trainings of personnel based on TNA & calculating training effectiveness through
quantitative testing.
Liaison with principal on quarterly Quality compliance and way forward for future implementation and
betterment.
Site inspection and coordinated to construction to implement the work completed in complies with code in
accordance with specification and overall quality supervision for EPC works.
Development of Method of Statement, ITPs, MIRs and WIRs and introduce Quality as line responsibility.
Development of materials inductions standards to assist organization with best possible procurement.
Suppliers audits and visits to ensure Quality of services and goods purchased.
Ensure Quality related document control and timely revisions as per the dynamics of works.

Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce
involved in the project.
Organize and implement the QMS at site, develop quality plans as per corporate quality policy and oversee
their compliance.
Liaison with external partners to ensure timely inspection and calibrations of critical equipment as well as the
record keeping.
