➢ Conductiong toolbox talk on weekly basis
➢ Monitoring of work permit procedure and process
➢ Site inspection and observation
➢ Fire fighting equipments inspection
➢ Inspection of scaffold

➢ Inspection of vehicles and equipments as well their operators documents and certification
➢ Inspection of all electrical equipments and tools

➢ Notifying all the observation to site foremen and supervisors for taking action for rectification

➢ Translation of site notification to workers in Hind, Urdu and Pashto
➢ Pre Task Analysis regarding the specific job before its start
➢ Arrangement of welfare facilities for workers like, rest shelter, drinking waters, toilets,

➢ To check the validity of work permit at site on daily basis
➢ Guiding of workers regarding emergency response
➢ Preparation of different picture for safety Awareness at job site for workers
➢ Reporting of unsafe conditions and unsafe acts

➢ Daily reporting of Site Activities to the Site Safety In charge
➢ Lighting Survey (at night), and Noise Survey at Noisy Area
➢ Attend all the Safety meetings and discussions
