Lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) for all construction activities including testing and commissioning of the completed works
Preparation of Project / Client Specific Method Statements and Raising RFI according to ITP.
QA/QC supervision of all construction activities including but not limited to structural excavation and backfill, foundations, concrete platforms, buildings and infrastructure works
Developing the Project Quality Plan (PQP) for approval by management and consultant.
Maintaining Quality Assurance and Quality Control as per approved Project Quality Plan (PQP) and company’s corporate Quality Management System (QMS)
Coordination with client, site staff and third-parties for carrying out inspections and tests as per Interim Testing Plans (ITPs)
Ensuring correct calibration of plant, machinery and testing equipment like concrete batching plant, compression testing machine etc. by third-parties
Overseeing project’s change control by keeping updated records of approved drawings, materials and vendors
Handling, resolving and keeping records of NCR’s and CAR’s and submitting reports on weekly and monthly basis
Analyzing and reporting performance of vendors and subcontractors for Quality Control
Arranging and Managing Execution as per Approved Plan / Schedule
Estimating resources requirements for each activity in advance to avoid delay.
Following Quality, Safety and maintaining Work Environment.
Interpreting and explaining Drawings, Requirements and specification to Client, Site Engineers, Forman, Surveyors etc.
Monitoring and Controlling Site Work, adjusting work in case of any variance.
Supervising workers and keeping healthy work environment.

Inspection of Tarbella, Mangla, Khanpur, Simly, Warsak Dam and Barrages in different disciplines to ensure compliance with design limits, standards, O&M procedures, guidelines etc.
Instrumentation: Data processing, Data evaluation and Comparison to identify abnormal behavior, if any.
Report Writing and Study of Feasibility Reports of proposed Dams
Field testing (Pile Load Test, Bearing Capacity etc.) and geotechnical investigations
Supervision of construction work being carried out
Joint site visits for inspection and approval of site works
Preparation of site information and collection of data using GIS, AutoCAD and Google Earth for further analysis and design.
Verification of contractor’s Interim Payment Applications
Reporting to Principal Engineer
Field testing (Pile Load Test, Bearing Capacity etc.) and geotechnical investigations
Supervision of construction activities including rehabilitation of damaged structures
Joint site visits for inspection and approval of site works
Verification and certification of contractor’s Interim Payment Applications
o Preparation of Quality Inspection Plan (QIP) and Work Instruction for Project Activities and their Implementation in the field.
o Inspection, Calibration and Testing of Construction Material, Machinery (Batching Plant) and Construction Activities.
o Implementation of International Codes and Specification related to that a particular activity.
o Keeping record of Quality Documents and ensuring compliance with Project Drawings and Specifications.
MSc Structural Engineering (Post Graduate Diploma) Course work completed, including subjects related to Designing, Materials, Precast Construction, Geotechnical Investigations and Construction techniques
4 - Year's Long Civil Engineering Course including 8-terms 6 subjects in each term Subject Including Survey Engineering Mechanics Fluid Mechanics Geo-Technology Basic Geology, Electrical Engg. etc.
