• Preparation of Annual Work Plans including financial plans to be submitted to donors

• Uploading and maintaining records of legal financing agreement with partners organization on integrated Management Information System i.e. Microsoft ERP
• Dealing with unsolicited proposals received seeking partnership with PPAF
• Managing the Management Information System (MIS), developed for the survey of Earthquake affectees
• Maintaining the records of the disbursements of Housing Subsidy to the earthquake affectees
• Preparation of reports and information for relevant stkaeholders i.e. ERRA, PERRA, Government etc.
• Dealing with litigation cases filed by project beneficiaries in District Courts as well as Federal Ombudsman
• Collecting and managing the data form the Partner Organizations regarding forms, advice notes, bank returned cases etc.
• Maintaining the Engineers’ spot checks MIS, containing reports regarding their field visits
• Liaison with Engineers’ team and MIS Team
• Managing and maintaining the record of the forms submitted for compensation by the Partner Organizations
• Initial Review of Statements of Expenses (SOEs) submitted by the Partner Organizations.
• Maintained Management Information System (MIS) of PPAF, developed for the damage assessment survey for the earthquake affected areas.
• Prepared Advice Notes, generated through MIS, for further disbursements to the affectees.
• Handled the Petty Cash transactions relating to the Regional Office.
• Dealing with Partner Organizations for receiving and handing over of Damage Assessement Forms and Advice Notes.
In addition to above I have also performed the following activities in the absence of Admin Officer:
• Handling of office vehicles.
• Dealing with community.
• Miscellaneous administration work.
