Monitor and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with client
requirements. Act as the engineer, ensuring communication with the client to implement the
framework as per instructions.
• Maintenance of Soft Landscape (Indoor & Outdoor) and Secondary Irrigation System:
Oversee the irrigation systems functionality, conducting inspections in line with Planned Preventive
Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Operations (RO) activities.
• Indoor and Outdoor Planting for NC-1: Manage the planting of both indoor and outdoor plants,
guiding the team in their upkeep.
• Irrigation System Enhancement and Scheduling:
Optimize and schedule irrigation systems based on seasonal water consumption needs for efficient
maintenance.
• Landscape and Enhancement Projects in Neom Community 1:
Lead landscape enhancement efforts in alignment with client and guest needs, ensuring proper
plantation and aesthetic improvement.
• CAFM Management in Neom Community-1:
Handle service requests from clients and guests via CAFM, addressing issues such as leaks, new
plantings, and general maintenance. Prioritize service requests (Priority 1, Priority 2, Priority 3)
and ensure timely resolution.

• Development and Execution of New Work Orders:
Prepare comprehensive design reports, including detailed designs, cost estimates, and all
necessary technical submittals such as method statements, material submittals, work plans, shop
drawings, as-built drawings, and M&O manuals.
• Preparation and Implementation of Landscape Maintenance Work Plans:
Develop and execute work plans for landscape maintenance.
• Review of Tender Documents and Specifications:
Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications for landscape and irrigation projects that
fall under our contract.
• Action Plan Development for Irrigation and Landscape Projects:
Create action plans for irrigation and landscape projects to ensure timely and high-quality project
completion.
• Maintenance Schedule Management for Irrigation Network:
Adhere to and manage the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance
schedules for the irrigation network in the maintenance projects.
