Actively involved & participating in the following activities of EPC Project;
- Liaison with client and sub-contractor for maintenance plan related to all buildings and steel structures.
- Conduct site investigations, condition assessment of existing concrete structure and develop remedial action plans for identified issues.
- Handling of purchase requisition (PR) and service rate (SR) for material and
services required.
- Civil works of power plant including extension of coal yard, buildings, temporary accommodation facilities, pipelines, finishing work, waterproofing, plumbing work, drainage landscape work and general regular maintenance work.
- Monitoring the paint work and corrosion issues of plant structures and pipe
Facilities including water and fuel storage tanks.
- Support all other operational and maintenance departments and resolve
civil related of issues of all buildings that are handover to HEI OEM.
- Develops maintenance plans; develops standard operating procedures
(SOP), and may conduct onsite training of personnel. Preparation of risk
assessment (JHA) for PTW.
Actively involved in the following activities of HEI EPC Project;
- Liaising with Owner, Consultant and Sub-contractors to ensure progress of EPC Project plans for key systems i.e., Power Island, Balance of Plant (BOP), and 220KV Substation.
- Planning and Coordination for all Civil Works i.e., (Structural, Architectural, Tunnels, Earthwork, Drilled Shafts Pilings, Roads, Strom/Sewage drainage trenches and Pumping Station.)
- Monitor construction activities of mass concrete foundations i.e., Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine and Generator Foundations, HRSG, Oil/Gas Tank and heavy foundation commissioning, and Grid/Transmission automation.
- Maintain project schedule and cost by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including QA/QC standards. Material Approval/Inspection/Testing Reports, Technical Queries, QC Reports (RFIs, S.I, NCN and NCR).
- Prepare MSRA, ITP, Weekly/Monthly progress reports of construction plans.
Actively involved in the following activities of SEPCO-3 EPC Project;
- Responsible for managing the site inspection/supervision plan for day- to-day construction activities.
- Responsible for construction supervision of steel structural and construction activities of Turbine House, Coal Yard, Boiler Area, Cooling Towers, 500 KV Switchyard and the conjoining auxiliaries.
- Responsible for the timely procurement of the approved construction materials.
- Monitor CW HDPE Pipes Installations and other Plumbing work for drainage system.
- Preparing daily and weekly progress reports and inspection records.
- Preparing Quantity Estimation and Billing Worksheet of Civil Work (Client + Sub-Contractors).
- Preparing Bar bending schedule and Auto-CAD operator for shop drawings.
