Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity through knowledge
of all phase of engineering construction relating to structural and architectural
disciplines.
• Ensure that all requirements of the applicable specifications and drawings are
complied with: and report on deficiencies and advise for the required correction
on site.
• Controlling and maintaining project record of incoming and outgoing project Documents.
• Inspecting the civil material at site.
• Monitoring third party inspector's activities.
• Monitoring of concrete pouring.
• Form work with proper dimensions and supports for each structural part
• Steel works (Rebar arrangement) with exact no. of top & bottom steel bars including
extra reinforcement and stirrup spacing as per drawings prior to concrete pouring.
• Monitoring and checking of concrete quality, slump and temperature etc. prior to pouring
• Monitoring all quality related activities and ensuring incorporated materials on
construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
• Maintaining quality by site inspection ensure full implementation of project specification and
requirements
Coordinate with consultants’ representative and site in charge for inspection
and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-compliance
Report.
• Cary out Inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and
ensures activities at the site are as per approved shop drawing and method statement.
• Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related quality
management system.
• Responsible for for the Closure of Non-conformance Reports. (NCR).
• Responsible for preparing & Submission WIRs, MIRs, & RFIs, to the consultant.
• Executes the specific inspections on materials on Materials & construction/Installation
activities on site.
Lay out of different types of building according to drawing.
• Check the quality of construction work at site.
• Prepare Bar bending schedule and instructions according to the drawings.
• Maintaining the quality of material used at site.
• Inspecting the civil material at site.
• Take-off actual quantities from the Construction drawings and maintain ledger of quantities
as per drawings
• Responsible for Day to Day Running site Quantity Surveying Task
Conduct survey and feasibility of the community-based physic infrastructure schemes
identified by the village Councilor’s.
• Prepare cost estimates on the basis of MRS-Govt of KP analysis raw materials and or
according to the schedule rates of the governments, where applicable.
• Prepare (PC 1)
• Preparation and Submission of monthly progress reports to Regional Office.
• To support the team as CPI (Community Physical Infrastructure Engineer.
• Meetings with Local Govt Team, Village councilors and village secretary
