❖ Custodian CHQ book, Debit Card, Account Opening Certificate
❖ Inward Clearing, Outward Clearing, Clean Collection (OBC/IBC)
❖ Remittances (Issuance of Pay Orders, DD's, TT, Mail Transfer)
❖ Authorize cash transaction.
❖ Checking the cash vault at end of day process.
❖ Internal Transfers, Online Transfers.
❖ Handling Cash Transactions including Payments, Receipts, Utility Bills & Change in LCY/FCY within assigned limits in accordance to AAB Policy & Procedure.
❖ To ensure Cash transactions must handle according to SBP cash monitoring policy.
❖ Verifying validity of endorsements and identification of presenters in terms of deposit and withdrawals.
❖ Balancing & replenish of ATM's in-house or off-site with best quality available notes.
❖ Maintain Audit rating at all times.
❖ Preparing FCY cash for shipments to abroad/locally.
❖ To ensure no frauds or cash shortage/overages occur within the unit. Ensure that the necessary steps are taken in the unit or prevent misuse of information and fraud by any internal or external customer.
❖ In case of any suspicious transaction must inform supervisor immediately.
❖ To ensure all transactions should complete within agreed TAT if otherwise in order.
❖ Vault Key Custodian Cash Vault, ATM, Drop Box & other assigned by Operation Manager.
❖ To maintain office discipline, service quality, personal appearance as per AAB standards.
❖ Any other work assigned by department head.
❖ Preparation and Maintenance of all the related records and registers.
