Handle the safekeeping, recording, collection of all keys and pagers held in the Housekeeping Office to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
Answer the telephone messages in order to communicate this information to concern.
Receive Lost and Found items and record and store them. Handle the claiming and clearing of any Lost and Found items.
Making reconciliation report and email to Duty Manager and Auditor.
Making flower consumption report and send it to Finance Department.
All DND - Refuse and Sleep Out rooms email to Duty Manager.
Update and print Opera system for the room discrepancy report by morning at 10:00hrs, and afternoon at 16:00hrs. Ensure to submit a copy to Auditor and Duty Manager.
Prepare attendance sheet for payroll and submit to HR Department.
Control cleanliness and tidiness of the Housekeeping Office and file housekeeping records and reports.
Check office supplies, stock level of all housekeeping forms and First Aid box items.
Data center technicians install and maintain data servers and network equipment, maintaining an optimally controlled environment for servers, and troubleshooting network and server problems.
Transfer data from paper formats into digital files or database systems. maintain physical and digital filing systems.
