Ensure Continuous production of LABSA 96% & SLES.
Ensure qualities up to the standard specifications of the products.
Safe & secure Startup & shutdown of the plant.
To handle and control all the troubleshooting during the shifts.
To ensure availability of raw materials for the products and to keep records of the production, raw material as well as plant parameters & operating conditions
To communicate with the upper management to the lower management as well as all the departments directly or indirectly related to the plant in any case for continues & quality production.
Manage & lead my team with friendly & good learning environment during my shifts.
To apply my expertise and engineering knowledge for the modifications and optimization of the plant.
Responsible for supervising a team and ensuring that are given task completed within strict timeframes. Developing a safe working environment by adhering to all necessary health and safety requirements and legislation
Duties
