• Responsible for handling all Site work with title Senior Instrument and Control Engineer (I&C). .
• Plan, supervise, coordinate and keep track of maintenance procedures and activities together with the maintenance manager and maintenance planner.
• Collaborates with other engineers to develop accurate, efficient equipment and instrumentation in accordance with safety and usability standards.
• Preparation of Instrumentation engineering deliverables including Specifications, Instrument Datasheets, Logic Diagrams etc.
• Annual Budgeting, Preparation of PR as per site requirements.
• Perform the Installation, Maintenance, CM and PM work of
Different Instrument equipment’s of various types during Operation and Shut Down.
• Transmitters (Level Troll, DP (Capillary Type) Transmitter, Level Flush Mounted Type Transmitter, Differential Pressure Transmitters. Temperature Transmitter, Magnetic Type Flow Meters, Ultrasonic Flow Meters, Mack Flow, PH Transmitters, Conductivity Transmitter)
• H2S Analyzers, O2 Analyzers, DP Switches, Level Float Switches, RTDs and Thermocouples.
• Gauges (All Types), Gauging System.
• Installation, Maintenance, CM & PM of BMS System.
• Installation, Maintenance, CM and PM work of HVAC, FCU, AHU and VAV system.
• PLC, PID Controllers, Routers and Switches.
• Solenoid Valves, Motorized Valves, Limit Switches.
• Control Valves.
• Variable Frequency Drive (VFDs) (ABB) & (INVT).
• Erection and Commissioning of DCS (Honeywell C 300).

• Brief knowledge in reading P&I Diagrams (PID), Process flow Diagram (PFD), Instrument Loop Diagram (ILD), Hookup Diagrams, Termination Drawing and PLAN Diagrams
• Maintain and Control the Pressure and Temperature of 30 Bar Steam Boiler (Steam produced by Sugar Cane Waste & coal) and Speed of 120 MW Power Generation Turbine using MOVs.
• Smart Communicator, Multi Metter, HART Communicator, Pressure Calibrator, Temperature Calibrator, Vacuum Tester, Low Pressure Pump, Dead Weight Tester, etc.
• Attend training sessions for safety work.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• BSS Support Level-I.
• Integration Activities related to roll out projects.
• CM On-Call Level-1 activities.
• CM Level-1 Team Lead and ensuring minimum cell outage with the coordination of remote TP NOC & HNL NOC teams.
• Identification of BSS hardware problems and corrective maintenance in the field by monitoring all the alarms and using software tools.
• Installation, configuration and commissioning of NSN transmission cards/IDUs i.e.FIU-1900E, FIFA, FIPA for microwave link.
• Supervising PM activities both Telco and power.
• Monitoring the stats of the problematic BTS radios such as RF losses.
• Team mobilization to sites to close CM in minimum time
