• Worked with the head of Key Account Management to develop and train new team in Karachi Office.
Other duties include:
• Manage category portfolio ( 91 seller ) to ensure high ordering volumes and effective clients handling
• Guide the clients in their key decisions including pricing, delivery timing, stock requirement, and payment cycles
• Evaluate the performance of suppliers across categories and move the sellers up on seller-grade system.
• Develop and execute category-wise promotional campaigns to boost sales of specific categories on different marketing channels.
• Run Marketing on portfolios through social forums including Facebook, Google and Twitter to increase Kaymu’s share in country’s e-commerce market
• Capture the untapped potential of new products by launching them on e-retail medium.
• Work with Busines Development, Fulfilment and Marketing department to ensure smooth coordination within these departments as well as with the suppliers
• Monitor field operations to ensure smooth conduct and timely flow of data to the Project Monitoring Office
• Compile the progress reports on fortnightly, quarterly and annual basis, coupled with generating internal monitoring reports like CER (Compliance Error Report)
