Main Responsibilities
• Working with different Vendors in QAFCO-5 Project to hands on experience on latest systems like Honeywell DCS (Experion PKS), Honeywell ESD (SM), Triconex PLC for BMS and ITCC, Machine Monitoring System (Bently Nevada 3500) with all the monitoring with System-1 control, GE Mark-VI for Gas Turbines, Siemens S7-300 for let down Station, Siemens S7-400 for belt weighing system, Partial stroke of Shutdown valves, Allen Bradley for Fire and Gas Control, etc
• Attending daily meetings to ensure the appropriate solutions of the bottlenecks which are delaying the production. Moreover coordinating with different departments for support.
• Giving operation support in the commissioning activities for checking the trips and interlocks logics and causes and effects.
• Assuring the proper functionality of different Instruments installed in different commissioning packages.
• Doing SAT of different systems as per SAT procedures and drawings.
• Inspection of Two Years Spares of Plant provided by contractor as per specifications.
• Reviewing all the Draft Documents and Drawings related with different packages and systems.
• Inspection of Installation of Instruments as per drawings and contract agreement against RFIs.
• Inspection of Spares and assuring the spares management for the limited period of time as per contract.
• Working on Maintenance Management System (ERP People Soft) related to all maintenance and spares activities as per JSA and JSP.
• Supervising Man power and giving them different tasks in the shut downs.
• Discussions with other departments and contractors regarding the targets, problems, and timelines and discussing appropriate solutions of the problems.
• Co-ordination with other departments and contractors for achieving the goals in time
• Maintaining the daily logs and giving reports to the bosses.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND AWARDS
• Got the Certificate of Recognition and appreciation from QAFCO for successful completion of construction and commissioning of QAFCO-5 and QAFCO-6 Project.
• Received the Letter of Appreciation for endurance, commitment, Persistence and team work during each phase of QAFCO-5 and 6 Project after successful and safe start-up.
ON JOB TECHNICAL TRAININGS
• Successfully completed and awarded the Honeywell EXP-SM-AC5125 Training course certificate of Experion PKS Server, C300 and SM Maintenance.
• Participated in the Masoneilan SVI-II training for troubleshooting and maintenance of Positioners offline and online.
• Participated in Honeywell Experion Server Training for complete overview of process and control.
• Received BMS training controlled by Triconex (Trisen) system before start up of Machhi Boiler.
• Participation in the training for Partial Stroke test of Valves.
Main Responsibilities:
• Perform schedule preventive maintenance jobs and create reports of completion
• To maintain the documentation and history of all the jobs
• Carry out extensive analysis on the vibration and other data collected to diagnose and troubleshoot the rotating machinery problems and recommend remedial measures.
• responsible for providing control room & field Instrument problem solutions
• Creating SOPs for all the jobs and arranging trainings for special job
• Inspecting the Instruments, create the frequency of instrument inspection accordingly Maintenance Management System
• Startups and Shutdown strategic handling and Jobs supervisions with absolute safety procedures
• Enforcing obedience to safety regulations, reviewing safety manuals. Conducting weekly safety talks. Supervise permanent and temporary contract labour so as to ensure safe and effective implementation of daily duties, special projects etc.
• Consult manufacturer’s manuals to determine test & maintenance procedure for instruments used for measuring & controlling process variables in manufacturing and processing
• To review maintenance requirements on a regular basis and execute work programs to meet completion deadlines.
• Develop maintenance procedures and job scopes for inclusion in IMS and Up-to-date the supporting documents
• Keeping well coordination with other departments while working
ACHIEVEMENTS AND AWARDS:
• Got the Appreciation on participation in Successful commissioning of BMR Revamp Project of Benfield solution and HRU.
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the Maintenance, Inspection and Checking of all the Instruments of the plant
• To maintain the Maintenance and Inventory Control in Plant wide software named MP2
• Talk and meet to the different suppliers and sometimes call to Vendors for Instrument specs.
• Contribution in daily OFS (Ongoing Feedback System) and Monthly BOS (Behavior Observation System)
• Submitting monthly data of performance parameters to the upper management, along with proposals to eliminate bottlenecks in production operations
• Liaised to coordinate activities of Engineering and Operations.
• Supervise permanent and temporary contract labour so as to ensure safe and effective implementation of daily duties, special projects etc.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND AWARDS:
• Received Silver Award for great performance in the business building for giving good production support in trouble shooting and maintenance.
• Got the appreciation for doing the project of level monitoring on different raw material product storage tanks.
ON JOB TECHNICAL TRAININGS:
• Received certificate of achievement for successful completion of Infrared Thermography analysis Training.
Main Responsibilities:
• Perform schedule preventive maintenance jobs & Maintain the History of the maintenance of all the Instruments
• Supervise contract labor to ensure safe and effective work of daily duties
• Responsible for Installing, Checking, Troubleshooting and overhauling of all tha Field & control room Instruments.
• Lead the team in the Turn-Arounds and Shut-downs of the Plant
• Participation in the weekly safety talks and trainings for improving skills
ACHIEVEMENTS AND AWARDS:
• Received appreciation on replacing all the relays of BMS and successful start up of Boiler.
