a. To conduct the risk management inspections (pre insurance & post insurance) of various industries (textile mills, chemical plants, LPG plants, power plants, fertilizer plants, pharmaceutical units, flour mills, sugar mills, rice processing plants, solvent extraction plants, oil mills, cotton ginning / spinning mills, feed mills, home appliances manufacturing units, Aviation related risk assessment
MBD (Machinery Breakdown) related inspections of generators, boilers etc.
b. Prepare a comprehensive risk assessment technical report, highlighting risk improvement recommendations and to arrange follow up risk inspection as and when required to check the status of implementation of risk improvement recommendations.
c. HSE - Health, Safety, Environment improvement guidance on specific plants etc.
d. To assess the loss as and when required.
e. Assist the underwriting and re-insurance departments in issuance of fire policies etc. as per the requirement of the clients.

Responsible to conduct risk inspections / surveys, ensure a safe and healthy environment by identifying hazards in the workplace, assessing the risks that pose to health and safety and efficient controlling of the specific risks. The clients are also assisted in installation and commissioning of plant and identify the hazards associated with the items of plant.
Provide the clients technical documented reports / services on such risk and suggest risk improvement recommendations as per IAP’s (Insurance Association of Pakistan) requirements.

Various textile mills (spinning, weaving, dyeing, finishing, printing, cotton ginning mills), four five stars hotels Rice Mills, Sugar Mills, Pharmaceutical Units, milk plants, cement plants, Automobile Manufacturing plants etc
