Currently working as SAP FICO Consultant to support business.
I worked as SAP FICO Manager, primarily responsible for Post Go-Live Support of FICO.
I worked as SAP Freelance FICO trainer for 5 years
on end to end implementation of Multan Electric Power Company project along with Funds Management Module.
Job Responsibilities:
•Conducted level I training sessions at client in first phase of implementation
•Was proactively involved in “Requirement Gathering Session” during business blueprint phase (II phase of implementation)
•Assisted my team lead in preparing FI/CO/FM Business Blueprints Documentation
•Configured SAP FI sub modules, i-e GL, AP, AR, AA, and Cash & Bank in realization phase.
•Conducted UAT of SAP FI/CO & FM (Use Acceptance Testing) sessions during phase III.
•Prepared LSMW for master data uploads.
•During the project this client had a lot of CWIP work, so I created internal orders (statistical) and then allocated budget on these order, then while creating asset master, I put this order number into asset master data. I monitored their CWIP scenarios with the help of internal order.
Prepared business blueprints of SAP FI.
•Performed basic configuration activities of SAP FI.
•Prepared Functional Specification Forms (FSF) and helped SAP ABAP Consultant in this.
•Proactively involved in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) after configuration.
•Developed test scripts and tested all Level 3 configuration changes before user acceptance testing.
•Participated in the identification of training needs, review of training documentation and delivery of training courses and key user development sessions.
•Prepared LSWM (Legacy System Migration Workbench) program for GL master data upload.
•Configured Financial Statements (Balance Sheet & Profit/Loss) of Herbion Pakistan Pvt Ltd on SAP.
•Performed SAP FI integration with SAP SD, MM, PP& CO Modules.
•Maintain the Versions for actual and planned postings
•Creation of Cost Centers and Definition of Cost Centre Hierarchy
•Creation of Activity types and Statistical key figures and Allocation, Distribution and assessment of costs
•Creation of Primary and Secondary Cost Elements with appropriate Cost Element Category
•Definition of Internal Orders Types, Order Masters and Settlement Profiles
Although I had been working as SAP FI internship, but my IT manager had given my whole access of SAP development client and I used to resolve off & on SAP queries on my own.
Job Responsibilities:
•Been engaged in various activities before and after Go-Live phase such as reconciliation of monthly ledger in SAP with their legacy system.
•Was part of data migration from legacy system to SAP
•Delivered training to SAP FI end users.
