Major Working Areas: Static and Mechanical Package equipment’s, Primary Reformer/ Furnace Tubes/ Bend (Short Radius) replacement, pig tails, inlet / outlet header replacement (Material Micro alloy 2535Nb, 2032Nb, SS321, P22, 304H), Refractory Repair (Storage Tanks fabrication and major repair work (Ammonia Storage, Urea Solution Storage, DM water, Catacarb Storage Tanks etc), Refractory repair/replacement work (Castable, Firebrick Insulating bricks MK-23, MK-26, Mineral Fiber Blocks, Cerafelt, Plicast Petrolite 39, 40TR & etc), Heat Exchanger (Shell & Tube, Plate Type, Fin Fan) repair maintenance & retubing, tube ferruling, Heaters/Incinator Refractory Work, Catalyst Loading/Unloading, Heaters Convection Zone Cleaning Work, Flare Assemblies (Dismantling, Welding/Repair, Installation), Vessel Fabrication, Fabrication and Installation of Exhaust Stack Repair. Fabrication of Column Trays, Removal and Installation of Column Packing, Chemical cleaning of Heat Exchangers & AFCs Bundle by Sodium Bicarbonate, Replacement & repairs of thermocouples of Thermocouples of Heaters & Reactors. Drums, Tanks, Sludge removal, replacement and fabrication and installation of static equipment.
Lead role in annual turnarounds Participated in Preparation & execution of annual turnarounds (Procurement of local and offshore critical spares) and major jobs e.g., equipment internal repair/replacement as per OEM recommendations.
Implemented effective preventive maintenance strategy to ensure smooth operation of Ammonia, Urea & Utilities units
Well versed experience in troubleshooting and technical support to team to fix Static and Rotating Equipment’s issues
Implemented PSM Mechanical Integrity program to enhance reliability of equipment.
Supported in continual improvement of the site Oracle EAM module.
