 Having overall responsibility for project scheduling, project management and engineering functions which included preparation and updating of schedules, monitoring progress and arriving at important conclusions for the Project Manager and later convert these into executive decisions. Ensured effective maintenance of detailed Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) schedule using Critical path method (CPM).
 Preparation of FEED / EPIC Project Schedule, Engineering Document Register, Master Document Register etc as part of FEED deliverables and finalization with all stakeholders’ comments & concerns.
 Progress monitoring and control of projects, delay analysis, variance analysis, trend analysis, progress verification, and progress reporting. Final Invoicing, change order/WCR, variation and claims analysis / EOT claims evaluation.
 To support Project Manager and Construction Team on project control issues mainly planning, scheduling, estimating, preparation of level 3 & 4 schedule and then further breakup it into one month look ahead schedule, monthly target schedule and weekly schedule in primavera as per contract time frame, preparation of the WBS in primavera for monitoring of projects in terms of cost & time, Cash Flow, Invoicing & Payment follow-up.
 Developing High level EPIC Schedule based on the approved Schedule. Feed Primavera Risk Analysis with Three-point duration estimate (Minimum, most likely & maximum) for each activity. Feed Primavera Risk Analysis with Risk Register (Qualitative, Quantitative, Pre-mitigated & post-mitigated).
 Preparation of EOT supporting with Primavera P6 delay analysis/events & using multiple methods e.g. (As-Planned vs As-Built, Impacted As-Planned, Time Impact Analysis, Window Analysis)
