Description of duties:
• Oversee hook-up contractor & vendors
• Track budget, POB, and progress against planned levels & schedule
• Develop and approve contractor's drawings, work plan, work packs and schedule
• Assist with development of tender packages
• Provide direction and leadership during installation of the topsides and hook-up operations
• Maintain familiarity with structural and piping drawings, ISO's and specifications to ensure the latest revisions are being adapted
• Lead HUC in overall team meetings

Project assigned to:
Rehabilitation Project of Sewerage System at UNISEL Bestari Jaya using Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining Method and Sewerage Treatment Plant Rehabilitation. (MYR38m)

Description of duties:
• Assure Site Document Control Procedure is implemented by the contractor.
• Act as the focal person in communicating projects issues between contractors, client and authority.
• Oversee compliancy of material and workmanship with the project requirement.
• Oversee material testing for compliance with the specifications and By-Laws.
• Measure, ascertain and verify amount of work done under the contract for the purpose of interim and / or final payment to the contractor by the client.
• Take and retain records of actual executed measurements and the Non-Conforming Records (NCR).
• Liaise with relevant parties on project issues and consulting contractor in work coordination.
• Prepare progress reports.
• Be the focal person at the project site and attending meetings by client, contractors and authority.
• Handle design changes, disputes between contractor-client and possible variations of works.
• Verify and endorse as-built drawings with the declaration of completed works being constructed as per specifications.

• Proposed Continuing Abandoned New Court Complex for Klang Municipal Council under Jabatan Kerja Raya, Klang. (Rescue Project - MYR25m)
• Package 1, Bore Piling, Basement and Retaining Wall for Proposed New Headquarters for Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (Selangor State Development Body) - 4 to 8 stories building of 4 blocks; Comprising of Offices, Auditorium, Commercial Center, Banquet Rooms, Gymnasium and Sub-basement Parking. (MYR24.5m)
• Proposed Continuing Abandoned New Kuala Lumpur International Remote Control Circuit at Taman Metropolitan, Kepong for Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur. (MYR6.5m)

Description of duties:
• Manage project development and progress.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, recommended subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Plane and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

Design & Build of Health Clinic, Food Control Lab & Vector Lab for the District Office of Bandar Botanic, Klang.

Description of duties:

Current project:
• Cameron Highlands & Batang Padang Hydroelectric Schemes Life Extension Project (MYR 200 mil.) A joint-venture with Siemens and consulted by SNC Lenelin, this project is to extend life of an old national power station for another 60 yrs. I am in charge of building a workshop and a control centre (SCADA) of five hydro power stations that supply power to the main national grid.

Description of duties:
Plan, design and coordinate civil engineering project. Analyse reports, maps, drawings and data to design project. This include:
• Plan and implement project within the allocated resources
• Manage project personnel. This include staff on-site training, staff monitoring and welfare
• Liaison with local authorities, clients and engineers
• Supervise external contractors during construction process
• Prepare tender and bidding documentation, technical specifications, construction drawings and work plans
• Identify sub-contractors and suppliers
• Research and analyse material and budget
• Prepare progress reports, Gantt charts, S-curve and analysis

• Community Housing Development (MYR 25 mil.) Reinforced concrete housing complex comprising of three level underground car parks, ground floor retail and eighteen storey containing 62 apartments above.

Organise civil engineering works on oil and gas platform and general building construction works; including:
• Plan and implement project within the allocated resources & project duration
• Manage project personnel. This include staff on-site training, monitoring and welfare
• Liaison with local authorities, clients and consultant
• Supervise external contractors during construction process (on-site)
• Prepare tender and bidding documentation, procurement, technical specifications, construction drawings and work plans

• Construction of Food Stall Complex for Kuala Lumpur City Council. Two-Storey concrete building comprising of 40-units of stalls, an open sitting area with 500 seats and 30-units of shops. (MYR5m)

Description of duties:
• Assist Project Manager in planning and implementing projects within allocated resources.
• Coordinate project personnel.
• Liaise with local authorities, clients and consultants.
• Assist Project Manager in preparing tender and bid documentation, technical specifications, and construction drawings and work plans.
• Assist Quantity Surveyor in researching and analysing building material and budget.
• Prepare progress reports, charts and analysis.
• Conduct meetings with clients, architects, suppliers and vendors.

• Assist Structural Engineer and Project Manager in preparing tender and bid documentation, technical specifications, detail drawings and work plans.
