- Working closely with the project manager in supporting the day to day operations.
- Coordinate meetings, distributes minutes to all project team members; establishes
and maintains internal and external contacts as necessary.
- Monitors record keeping and file maintenance for the program or project.
- Controlling issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of proper
document registers for detail engineering or construction engineering project.
- Directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a
Project Manager (PM).
- Prepare daily reports, weakly report & monthly report.
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Ensures client’s needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Prepare price requests, Quotation, documents and correspondence.
- Handle hard copy filing of drawings and file according to project / resources etc.
- Utilize MS Excel for data collection and reporting.
- Prepare project organization and communication charts.
- Document Management - Undertaking various functions related to document
control, document archiving, document imaging and maintenance of document
register for Construction Projects and Detail Engineering Projects.
- Managing petty cash for the project needs.
- Understand Project requirements, Analyzing business requirements, Software
requirement specification and Prepare Test Plan.
- Prepare/Update the Test case document for Testing of the Application from all
aspects.
- Involved on testing the new functionalities based on Test cases.
- Execute the test cases / executing test cases on Web Based software application
and Enterprise Level Projects.
- Performed Functional Testing, Regression Testing & Integration Testing.
- Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected.
- Log/ File the defects in Defect Tracking Tool/ Bug Report.
- Verify Defects, Update the test result document.
- Documenting all problems, test related documentation and assisting in their
resolution as per the QA & Configuration Management Process
- Discuss issues/queries with Development Team/Client
