Working as Radio Network Tuning & Optimization Consultant on Comba's Etisalat 2G/3G & LTE Project in United Arab Emirates.
My work include Indoor Building Solution RF Testing, KPI Optimization and tuning on 2G, 3G<E cells for all FTK sites on Etisalat Multi-Vendor(Alcatel-Lucent 2G;Huawei 3G and Alcatel-Lucent/Ericsson LTE) Network.
- Working as a 3G/2G RF Engineer on Telenor Pakistan Project
- Checking and Analyzing KPIs (SD Blocking, SD Drops, TASR, TCH Blocking, TCH Drops, HOSR, CSSR, DCR...) and suggest change request to improve the quality of the whole network.
- Changing the parameters for better network performance and KPI’s.
- Analysis of Drive test log files (3G/2G) and troubleshooting of the problems related to coverage, quality, drop calls, Blocked calls, Handover failure, overshooting and interference based on Events,
- Recommend any hard/soft changes necessary to lower SD drop rate in the network depending on daily/average trends on the cells.
- Joint Visits to observe issues
- Confirming DT plan, DT Method, DT Route(Making Raster Images ), VIP areas
- Performing 3G/2G Cluster Optimization DT.
-SSV Testing, Log file analysis and report making
* Handover testing (inter frequency, intra frequency, inter RAT)
* Throughput Testing.
* CS call and video call testing.
* Walk test for 3G indoor site testing.
* Sector swaps identification and removal.
* Coverage & Quality Testing (RSCP, Ec/No).
* Neighbor verification in Active/Monitored/Detected sets.
* Identification of pilot pollution.
- Responsible for making cluster reports using MapInfo .
- Site Audits and TRXs Verification for new sites.
- Neighbor plan analysis/recommendation and its implementation for network.
- Post network performance monitoring and KPI optimization.
- Responsible for customer complaints and resolve the issues like weak coverage and dropped calls by adjusting the cell parameters and recommend redesign if necessary.
- Technical Site Survey for Planning and implementation of new sites.
