Key responsibilities:
• FSTL for Integrated Management System (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HALAL).
• Leading team for the 2nd party audits at plant for compliance for the standards YUM! International (PIZZA HUT, KFC, DOMINOS, HARDEES), other multinational FMCGs FRIESLAND CAMPINA (Engro Foods), Nestle for their products manufacturing.
• Leading in house analytical & microbiological labs, plant quality assurance: incoming inspection group, online & finished goods testing group, sensory & shelf-life studies. Meeting the requirements of our customers Nestle & Friesland Campina.
• Internal audits, supplier audits against the Food safety & quality system requirements.
• Working with RnD head for innovation of Cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, analogue), flavored milk, UHT milk, Yogurt (set & stirred), tea whitener, butter, sauces and dressings.
• Product modification according to customers & consumer's needs.
• Budgeting for FSMS and quality control labs, strategies to reduce the cost vs volume production.
• Plant layout designing for personal, product, air & water movement, HVAC system and their validation.
• Validation of plant equipment's designing, CIP system.
• Review and ensure that quality system processes and procedures comply with all required standards and corporate policies.
• Provided leadership and training on the quality management system to direct managers and staff.
• Sales team training nationwide for existing & newly launched products for business development.
• Supplier development & their performance monitoring.
• External warehousing & logistics audits.
• Customers / consumers visits and troubleshooting.
• International exposure of Dairy Industries.
