• Directing and overseeing all surveying tasks on-site, including boundary surveys,
topographic surveys, and construction surveys.
• Supervising, training, and mentoring surveying teams, providing guidance and
support.
• Managing the surveying budget, including equipment and personnel costs.
• Conducting performance appraisals for surveying staff.

Supervision of flood effected watercourses (Lining and Earthen Section) with allied structures (Nacca, slab culverts, Road crossing culvert, Cross drainage culvert) and form to market earthen shingle Road to ensure all works carried out in accordance with project planes and specification.
Handle surveying and stacking for construction of watercourses, design work, quantity takeoff, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) for the selected interventions.
Responsible for supervision, quality, and quantity of the interventions, ensuring they meet the required standards.
Conduct frequent visits to the project areas to carry out processes related to the rehabilitation of watercourses and allied structures, following approved standards and output level indicators.
Ensure all planned interventions are completed within the specified timelines, while adhering to quality aspects.
Supervise all interventions and provide timely feedback to the field engineer and senior engineer.
Project Record Keeping.
Coordinate with local communities, line departments, and private service providers involved in the project.
Conflict resolution on the project site if any.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.

• Establishing control points, benchmarks, and grid lines, and verifying their
accuracy.
• Utilizing surveying instruments like GPS and Total Stations.
• Preparing and reviewing survey reports, maps, and drawings, ensuring accuracy
and completeness.
• Ensuring adherence to surveying standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Resolving survey-related challenges and discrepancies in a timely manner.
