To Assist to Project Director for Overall Planning, Scheduling, Progress Forecasting and Projects coordination.
Develop the Trends and Forecast of Contract Progress and provide the input to Progress Reports.
To Deal with Change Orders, Additional Works and Events that affect the Project’s timely completion, by Reviewing, Analyzing and Recommending the Claimed Extension of Time (EOT) and further to any Revision in Project Schedules.
