Project scope of work Development
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Developing project scopes and objectives and ensuring technical feasibility.
Stakeholders Engagement
• Involved all relevant stakeholders in review of project scope and objective development.
• Set communication strategy and develop communication matrix with all stockholder’s.
• correspondence and documentations.
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to stakeholders.
• Ensure implementing the communication strategy and matrix.
Organize the project resource and tasks including Contractors, vendors and third parties.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.

Manage and Control Project Cost & Schedule

• Able to put together a project budget, managing how the fund is spent and controlling costs.

Monitor and control Safety & Quality
• Ensure Safety compliance.
• Ensure developing Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Plans
• Confirm Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Plans.
• Ensure functionality and implementation of QA/AC and HSE plans
• Revolve all Non-Conformity aspects.
Monitor and Control Safety and Quality.
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

Project Handover
• Facilitate the process of project turnover such as conducting walkthrough and manage all exception items.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Ability to Report and analyze
Responsible to maintain and Trouble shoot the utilities such as firefighting, sanitary & storm drainage Network, sanitary lift station, Plumbing, Fountains, to run the systems fluently without any interruption.
Able to prepare the maintenance schedules, Method of statements and Risk assessment to perform the work in accordance with Health & safety rules, also responsible for the health and safety of the team members.
Responsible to lead the team to compliance all mechanical working activities, system’s deficiencies, malfunctioning and all kind of repair or maintenance work to complete during a specified time given by the Work Control Center.
Responsible to Supervise mechanical maintenance activities as per SAP system generated work orders for Solar Hot Water System, Reverse osmosis, Water treatment systems, Vacuum & Air Compressor systems.
Mechanical repairs are Carried In accordance with the customer’s specification & Acceptable working practices Responsible to ensure quality of work.
Quickest action against the complaints generated from clients through helpdesk and work control Center in a given limited time track.
Issued the work permit to the contractors and monitor their work according to safety rules, to promote Health and Safety culture within the KAUST University.
Provide the technical and engineering services to ARAMCO research labs situated in Research Park Innovation cluster & helped them to manage and arrange the lab equipment’s.
Responsible to prepare the Material Requisitions for all Mechanical utilities located in Research Park Innovation cluster buildings.
Take part during commissioning for HVAC and all hydraulics & plumbing system, with ARAMCO PMT, & CX team, and monitor activities of contactors and sub-contractors according to design & Drawing, check and verify the closed EIL’s or Snag lists.
Responsible to prepare the lists of systems deficiencies according to design and also prepare the lists of remaining work from contractors as compared to EIL’S.

Work as a site supervisor, to organize, control & monitor the site mechanical activities during installation of water treatment plants.
Well versed in Monitoring Fabrication and Installation work including pump installation, Piping and all steel fabrication.
Steel structures comprise erection of main pipe rack with miscellaneous pipe support, system, access platforms to vessel and equipment’s, equipment maintenance platforms, walkways, sleeper ways and its adjoining sub-‐structures.
Prepare Design Drawing and Coordinate with Project Engineering for Approval and Implementation.
Check daily manpower on site, tools and equipment to attain ahead of works schedule.
Check and closely monitor approved works schedule submitted by erection sub‐contractor.
Installed 7, 50000 GPD (Gallon per day) R.O Treatment plant in Pakistan Security printing press.
Installed wastewater treatment plant 2, 50000 GPD (Gallon per Day), in AFROZ TEXTILE MILLS Towel unit Karachi Pakistan.
Installed Sea Water treatment plant at a capacity of 3000000 GPD (Gallon per Day) at Jinnah Naval Base Baluchistan Pakistan and Himalaya Naval Base in Karachi Pakistan.
Hands on Experience of Fabrication and erection work of tanks for water Treatment Plants.
Well aware about welding and fabrication work for tanks, vessels and Piping work.
Fabrication of steel Structure for water treatment plant i.e. Skids, Support and pump base.
Able to work according to schematic, Isometric and flow drawings.
