At Reapfield Academy, i became the IT Administrator. I am responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. I have done a lot of technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. Im also ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners. There are many task that i have done after being at Reapfield, most of the task that i have done at Reapfield is;


• Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
• Install and configure systems such as supports GIS infrastructure applications or Asset Management applications.
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
• Contribute to and maintain system standards.
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
• Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the backup cloud or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
• Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
• Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
• Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.

IT Support Engineer at Osiris Solution Sdn Bhd

At Osiris Solution, i am one of the IT Support Engineer. I have been to many clients company. Most of the clients have their own domain, server and some of them have their own mail server. I also has been send to work in many places and being send to Indonesia for 2 weeks to solve the server issue. Many other things that i have done with Osiris Solution is;

• Configuring Email server and File Server.
• Learn and practice the Website hosting and domain.
• Configure VPN and firewall.
• I have train more than 15 staff for the past three years i have been working there.
• Setup and configure the Spicework for ticketing and monitoring purpose.
• Troubleshoot and learn the environment for Adobe products.
• Backup over network and Data Recovery software.
• Learn about the reporting and Customer Services.
• Doing call support and remote support for the users.
• Doing a lot of migrating for windows and outlook and creating new account for new staff.
• In charge to buy new laptop and pc and assign the specific spec for the users.
• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
• Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
• Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
