Maintaining and updating all projects assets and making sure asset register is updated in a timely manner.
Following up all projects with regard to Manpower and Equipment and preparing consolidated report.
Monitoring and controlling rental equipment’s in all projects and liaison with accounts and cost department for invoicing purposes.
Responsible for company all machines and operators third party certifications including renewals.
Responsible for company all lifting gears third party certification and status.
Monitor monthly equipment and vehicles time cards for backcharge purposes and submitting to cost department.
Monitor company GPS system for vehicle and machine violation purposes with support of AVL.net software.
Daily liaison with company project PMV officers for the movement of operation staff and machines for proper record keeping.
Fulfill the requirement of projects with proper distribution of machines, drivers and operators for smooth site operation.
Coordinate between operation departments to role part of Operation management.
